Job summary

ISoftStone in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Solution Sales Manager to drive business development and manage key client relationships across FSI, Telecom, Enterprise and Public sectors. You will promote IT software services and system integration solutions, translating technical value into measurable business benefits.

You will build long-term partnerships, identify opportunities, and lead tailored proposals and negotiations to maximize revenue while ensuring client success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience in IT industry with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong familiarity with IT software services and system integration.
• Proven client acquisition and relationship management within FSI, Telecom, Enterprise and Public sectors.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate Singapore's FSI, Telecom, Enterprise and Public sectors.
• Promote IT software services and system integration solutions, articulating their value to address clients' digital transformation needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and proactive outreach to key decision-makers.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as the primary contact and ensuring high satisfaction.
