LPS is seeking an IT Sales Manager to lead public sector sales initiatives in Singapore. You will drive end-to-end sales cycles, build robust relationships with government agencies and expand market presence by selling complex IT services, solutions, and system integration projects.

You will collaborate with pre-sales, technical and delivery teams, navigate RFPs and tenders, and monitor procurement trends to secure predictable revenue growth in the public sector.

Formación

• 5–12 years of progressive B2B technology sales experience focused on public sector clients.
• Direct experience selling IT services, solutions and infrastructure to government agencies.
• Proven track record in managing complex procurement, RFPs/RFIs, and tenders.
• Strong network within public sector IT procurement and decision-making bodies.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and close new business opportunities within government ministries, statutory boards and public sector organizations.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with public sector decision-makers and procurement officers.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical and delivery teams to present tailored IT solutions.
• Monitor procurement trends and tenders to inform winning strategies.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts and reporting to meet revenue targets.
