Job summary

People Connects Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Sales Account Manager with experience in B2B technology sales to develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts. You will sell across Managed IT Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and System Integration, working closely with customers to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions.

This hybrid, customer-facing role offers a monthly salary range of S$4,000 to S$5,000 plus performance

Qualifications

Experience in B2B IT solutions or technology sales.
Experience in new business development and/or account management.
Ability to communicate business value of technology solutions to customers.
Comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities across SME, mid-market and enterprise customers.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through cross-selling, upselling and renewals.
Promote Managed IT Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and IT Support solutions.
Understand customers' business and technology requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation and closing.
Build relationships with business owners, IT managers, procurement teams and other decision-makers.
Collaborate with pre-sales teams to create customer solutions and proposals.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
