CTC GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a technology sales professional to grow customer relationships and drive IT solutions for business goals.

You will develop accounts, create new opportunities and work with technical teams and partners to deliver compelling proposals. You’ll be measured on pipeline quality, opportunities progress and forecast accuracy, with base salary, sales commission and training provided as part of the employee benefits package.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT sales or account management.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and grow key accounts.
• Disciplined sales planning, pipeline management and forecasting.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with technical and delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute account plans for assigned customers and prospects.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities through customer engagement, prospecting and partner relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and work with technical teams to prepare suitable proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, strategic vendors, partners and suppliers.
• Present solutions and proposals confidently to customers and stakeholders.
• Manage opportunities from initial discussion through negotiation, closing and handover.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and progress updates to the Head of Sales.
