Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics or related field.
• 2–4 years in Account Management or technical sales roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of Radio Communications, 4G/5G networks, ICT, or related systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts, acting as primary contact.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and technology solutions.
• Conduct meetings, product demos, workshops, and POC activities to highlight value.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through consultative solution selling and services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Support project handover, renewals, and account expansion activities.
