Job summary

You will gain foundational experience in infrastructure and IT operations, including Wintel/UNIX, virtualization, and cloud computing fundamentals. Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of desktop operating systems and PC hardware.
• Understanding of networking concepts and Internet technologies.
• Strong oral and written communication, with cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Log, validate, and diagnose customer technical issues across products and applications at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through information gathering and problem investigation.
• Provide timely solutions or escalate to appropriate resolution teams.
• Ensure all tickets and escalations meet SLAs and are well-documented.
• Maintain accurate communication throughout the incident resolution process.
