Job summary

DXC Technology invites motivated students to join its Internship Program in Singapore for hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations. The 6-month internship provides experience across Wintel/UNIX environments, virtualization, and cloud fundamentals, with a focus on incident diagnosis and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program in a computer-related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Log, validate, and diagnose customer technical issues across a range of products and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through information gathering and analysis.
• Provide timely solutions or escalate incidents to appropriate resolution teams.
• Ensure all tickets and escalations are managed per SLAs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout incident resolution.
