Job summary

DXC Technology offers an internship program designed to give hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations. The 6-month program is ideal for students currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree in computer-related disciplines and who are Singapore Citizens.

Assignments include logging, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues across a range of products, with emphasis on effective information gathering, analysis, and collaboration with specialist teams to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program (any computer-related discipline) at a recognized College or University.
• Singapore Citizen only.

Responsibilities

• Log, validate, and diagnose customer technical issues across a range of products and applications used at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through effective information gathering, analysis, and problem investigation.
• Provide timely solutions or elevate incidents to the appropriate resolution teams when required.
• Ensure all tickets and escalations are managed in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the incident resolution process.
