Job summary

Responsibilities

• Log, validate, and diagnose customer technical issues across products and applications used at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through information gathering, analysis, and problem investigation.
• Provide timely solutions or escalate incidents to resolution teams as needed.
• Ensure all tickets and escalations are managed according to SLAs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the incident resolution process.

You will gain foundational exposure to Infrastructure and IT Operations technologies, including:

• Wintel and UNIX environments
• Virtualization technologies
• Cloud computing fundamentals

Key Responsibilities

• Log, validate, and diagnose customer technical issues across a range of products and applications used at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through effective information gathering, analysis, and problem investigation.
• Provide timely solutions or elevate incidents to the appropriate resolution teams when required.
• Ensure all tickets and escalations are managed in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the incident resolution process.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of:
  • Desktop operating systems
  • Common software applications
  • PC hardware fundamentals
  • Networking concepts and Internet technologies
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across different requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, conduct research, and resolve user problems.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program (any computer‑related discipline) at a recognized College or University.
• Singapore Citizen only.

• Duration: 6 months
