Job summary

DXC Technology invites interns to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations within a dynamic, high-performance environment in Singapore. The program focuses on incident handling, desktop support, and practical skill development in networking, virtualization, and cloud fundamentals.

Selected students will log, validate, diagnose customer issues, coordinate with global teams, and document resolutions while meeting standard SLAs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across requirements.

Responsibilities

• Log, validate, and diagnose customer technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through information gathering and analysis.
• Provide timely solutions or upscale incidents to appropriate teams.
• Ensure tickets and escalations meet SLAs.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the incident resolution process.
