Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of desktop operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Log, validate, and diagnose customer technical issues across a range of products and applications used at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through effective information gathering, analysis, and problem investigation.
• Provide timely solutions or escalate incidents to appropriate resolution teams when required.
• Ensure all tickets and escalations are managed in accordance with SLAs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the incident resolution process.
