Job summary

PERCEPT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead ECM implementation initiatives across the full lifecycle.

You will gather and prioritise business requirements, work with IT and vendors on solution design and data migration, and drive UAT and go-live readiness. Strong governance and compliance focus is required. The role requires 5+ years in IT or digital transformation projects with ECM/DMS experience, and a proven record of delivering major projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT or digital transformation project experience, ECM/DMS preferred.
• Proven track record delivering 3+ major end-to-end projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Vendor management including contracts, SLAs and deliverables.
• Structured, analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• PM certification (PMP) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for ECM implementation from initiation to stabilisation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and resources.
• Engage business units to gather, validate and prioritise requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on design, configurations, integrations and data migration.
• Oversee data migration planning, mapping, validation and reconciliation for accuracy.
• Oversee UAT including planning, execution support, issue tracking and closure.
• Drive user readiness activities: training, communications and onboarding materials.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and contract obligations.
• Provide regular progress updates to sponsors and stakeholders via reports and dashboards.
• Ensure ECM governance, security policies, data protection and regulatory compliance.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle for the ECM implementation, including project initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring accurate resource allocation.
• Engage business units to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams and vendor on solution design, system configuration, integrations, and data migration activities, ensuring the technical design meets business and compliance requirements.
• Oversee all data migration efforts, including planning, mapping, validation, and reconciliation, to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated content.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution support, issue tracking, and closure.
• Drive user readiness activities, such as training sessions, communications, on boarding materials, and ensuring smooth adoption during go live.
• Monitor project progress and performance, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage vendor performance and deliverables, ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs, and technical/business specifications are met.
• Provide regular, structured progress updates to project sponsors, leadership, and key stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and review meetings.
• Ensure ECM solution compliance with organizational governance, security policies, data protection requirements, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT or digital transformation projects; ECM/DMS experience preferred.
• A proven track record of successfully leading and delivering at least 3 major projects end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, facilitate decisions, and manage expectations across business and IT teams.
• Proven vendor management experience, including contract oversight, SLA monitoring, and coordination of technical deliverables.
• Excellent project management, budget management, and risk management capabilities, with a structured and disciplined approach to execution.
• Analytical, structured, and solution oriented mindset, capable of diagnosing issues, proposing practical solutions, and driving resolution.
• Certification on Project Management will be advantageous. E.g. PMP
