Job summary

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead an ECM implementation in Singapore. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate with business units and IT teams, and ensure data migration, testing and go‑live readiness.

The role requires a proven track record of delivering multiple large projects end-to-end, strong stakeholder and vendor management, and disciplined risk, budget, and governance practices. PMP certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT or digital transformation projects; ECM/DMS experience preferred.
• Proven track record delivering at least 3 major projects end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT teams.
• Vendor management experience including contract oversight, SLA monitoring, and coordination of deliverables.
• Excellent project, budget, and risk management capabilities with disciplined execution.
• Analytical, structured and solution‑oriented mindset; able to diagnose issues and drive resolution.
• PMP or similar certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for the ECM implementation, including initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and stabilisation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and timelines with resource allocation.
• Engage business units to gather, validate, and prioritise requirements aligned with project objectives.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendor on solution design, configurations, integrations, and data migration.
• Oversee data migration efforts to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated content.
• Oversee UAT including planning, execution support, issue tracking and closure.
• Drive user readiness activities such as training sessions and communications for go‑live.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage vendor performance and deliverables, ensuring SLAs and specifications are met.
• Provide regular progress updates to sponsors and stakeholders via reports and dashboards.
• Ensure ECM solution compliance with governance, security, data protection and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for the ECM implementation, including project initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring accurate resource allocation.
• Engage business units to gather, validate, and prioritise requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams and vendor on solution design, system configuration, integrations, and data migration activities, ensuring the technical design meets business and compliance requirements.
• Oversee all data migration efforts, including planning, mapping, validation, and reconciliation, to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated content.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution support, issue tracking, and closure.
• Drive user readiness activities, such as training sessions, communications, onboarding materials, and ensuring smooth adoption during go‑live.
• Monitor project progress and performance, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage vendor performance and deliverables, ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs, and technical/business specifications are met.
• Provide regular, structured progress updates to project sponsors, leadership, and key stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and review meetings.
• Ensure ECM solution compliance with organisational governance, security policies, data protection requirements, and regulatory standards.
