Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd seeks a strong Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) project. You will plan, coordinate, execute, and successfully rollout ECM solutions to support business needs, working with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendor, and end users to ensure timely, scoped, and quality outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in IT or digital transformation projects, with ECM/DMS experience preferred, and a proven track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/IS/CS or equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT or digital transformation projects, ECM/DMS preferred.
• Led at least 3 end-to-end major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ECM project delivery from initiation to go-live.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Gather requirements from business units and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate design, configuration, integrations, and data migration with IT and vendor.
• Oversee data migration, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Provide regular progress updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, security, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
