Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate web and cloud-based projects, including digital initiatives and WeChat Mini Program projects.
• Gather business requirements with stakeholders and Product Owners; prioritize enhancements.
• Analyze requirements and facilitate discussions with SMEs and technical teams.
• Coordinate activities with development teams, cloud engineers, and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Monitor timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Support testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Provide project updates through demonstrations and status reports.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions; manage project documentation.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Executive to support the delivery of web and cloud-based digital initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, developers, and cloud teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business requirements.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in IT project coordination, software development projects, cloud environments, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate web and cloud-based projects, including digital initiatives and WeChat Mini Program projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business units, and Product Owners to gather business requirements and prioritize enhancement requests.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and facilitate discussions with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Coordinate project activities with development teams, cloud engineers, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Conduct system demonstrations and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Organize and coordinate project meetings, workshops, training sessions, and project-related activities.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and other relevant materials.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve project challenges and escalations.
• Support after-office-hours deployment activities when system downtime is required.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, or technology delivery.
• Experience managing application development and cloud-related projects.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Basic understanding of AWS cloud architecture and cloud technologies.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, project documentation, and UAT coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce platforms or digital products.
• Exposure to WeChat Mini Program projects.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with cloud-based solutions and deployment activities.
