Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of web-based and cloud projects.

• Coordinate with development and cloud infrastructure teams to milestones.
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and reviews; support UAT.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates.
• Track progress and escalate risks to Portfolio Leads as needed.
• Support deployment activities, including after-hours work when necessary.

Salary: SGD $5,000 - $6,500 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically driven IT Technical Project Manager to manage and deliver web-based and cloud technology projects across various business initiatives, including digital platforms and WeChat Mini Program solutions. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and cloud teams to ensure successful project delivery within schedule and scope.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud infrastructure, stakeholder management, and project governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of web-based and cloud projects, ensuring successful implementation and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, Product Owners, and SMEs to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate with development and cloud infrastructure teams to deliver project milestones on time.
• Facilitate project discussions, requirement workshops, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Conduct system demonstrations and provide necessary support to project stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
• Track project progress and elevate risks or roadblocks to Portfolio Leads when required.
• Support deployment activities, including occasional after-office hours or weekend implementation work when necessary.

Education & Experience

• Degree in Information Technology, Business IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience managing technology projects involving applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end IT projects in enterprise, digital, or cloud environments.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with web applications, mobile applications, or digital platforms.
• Good understanding of AWS Cloud Architecture and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience coordinating development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience with UAT coordination, release management, and troubleshooting.

Project Management Skills

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
• Experience gathering business requirements and managing change requests.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience will have an advantage:

• Exposure to eCommerce platforms or digital customer engagement solutions.
• Experience with WeChat Mini Programs.
• Knowledge of cloud migration or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms.
