What You Will Get Out Of This Position

As a Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of brand websites and digital platforms for enterprise clients. This is a client‑facing, leadership role where your ability to communicate clearly, challenge design decisions, and sell solutions matters more than technical depth. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the quality level clients expect.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of brand website and digital platform projects, from discovery through post-launch support.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams of 5+ members including designers, developers (front- and backend), QA engineers, and analysts.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards and business goals.
  • Define and oversee scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing, and risk management strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, scope, and change requests.
  • Negotiate timelines and budgets with clients while ensuring profitability and operational feasibility.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment on vision, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Articulate and sell solutions clearly to clients, translating business needs into actionable project proposals.
  • Review and challenge design decisions with a critical eye: page structure, component logic, responsive behavior, and UX flows.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure creative output meets client expectations and brand standards.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to optimize resource planning, project assignments, and workload balancing.
  • Mentor junior project managers and team leads, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Requirements
Must have
  • 5-6+ years of experience in project management, with proven delivery of brand/corporate website projects.
  • Strong UX/UI literacy: ability to review designs critically, challenge decisions (e.g., hierarchy, layout logic, component structure), and ensure design quality without being a designer.
  • Excellent communication skills: sharp, clear, and persuasive in both written and verbal English.
  • Ability to conduct pre‑sales presentations and clearly explain solutions in front of clients.
  • Experience managing and communicating at senior and executive levels.
  • Excellent understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to manage both business expectations and technical realities.
  • Experience leading diverse project teams and navigating fast‑paced, client-driven environments.
  • Ability to engage and partner with clients and internal staff as required.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team across different time zones.
  • Ability to identify problems and work to resolution proactively.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Miro.
Nice to have
  • Experience delivering eCommerce projects (full project from 0 to 1 is a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.
  • Experience with app delivery (iOS/Android) or mini-app platforms (WeChat, Zalo).
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce implementation or MarTech projects.
  • Knowledge of headless architecture or API-first approaches (conceptual, not hands-on).
  • Additional language (French, Chinese)
The Package
  • Flexible paid days off and more
  • Employment and insurance benefits above the market
  • Professional career path and frequently objectives, review
  • Lovely office with modern facilities
  • Fun and dynamic team with great ambition, always fight for the same goal
