Job summary

JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager for a 6-month agency contract in Singapore with extension possible. The role focuses on delivering technology and digital transformation projects in Corporate Banking, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in IT/CS/Business with 7+ years in PM, and fluent Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Location is Singapore and work is on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in project/program management in banking or financial sector.
• Proven track record delivering technology and digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of governance, budgeting, risk, and reporting.
• Fluent in Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Experience with Corporate Banking domains such as CASA, Loans, Treasury, Accounting/GL, Payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support project governance, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Manage vendors, project financials, and resource utilization.
• Drive implementation and transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking domains

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Atleast 7 years of Project/Program Management experience, within banking or financial environment.
• Proven experience delivering technology, digital transformation, and corporate banking-related projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
• Fluent in Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.
• Corporate Banking Domain such as:

• o CASA (Current Account& Savings Account)
• o Loans and Lending Products
• o Treasury / Market Products
• o Accounting and General Ledger
• o Payments and Cash Management

• Regulatory Reporting - MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) reporting requirements

• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
