Job summary

Strong English communication and proficiency with MS Office and tools such as Confluence and Jira are essential; prior IT/Infocomm experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or CS or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of IT/Infocomm experience with exposure to end-to-end SDLC; Singapore experience preferred.
• Proficient in information gathering and reporting.
• Proficient in document management.
• Proficient in stakeholder communications, timelines and milestones tracking.
• Proficient in quality control support and change request management.
• Proficient in vendor coordination and administrative support.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project mgmt tools (Confluence, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and complement responsibilities.
• Gather and report project information.
• Schedule and organise meetings with stakeholders and vendor.
• Prepare agendas and take detailed minutes.
• Follow up on action items and provide regular status reports.
• Maintain and organise all project documents including minutes of meetings and ensure version control.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and track vendor deliverables.
• Monitor timelines and alert the PM of potential delays; track milestones.
• Log and track change requests and communicate approved changes to relevant parties.
• Provide administrative support and help coordinate training/onboarding with vendors.
