Job summary

NCS is hiring a Project Executive in Singapore to coordinate project schedules, budgets, issues, and risks for smooth execution. You will support project management activities, maintain stakeholder communication, and help ensure milestones are met as plans evolve.

The role requires 1–3 years of IT infrastructure project administration, strong written and spoken English, and a proactive, collaborative attitude. Local travel may be required as projects span client sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS.
• 1–3 years of project administration experience in IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• PMI PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules with milestones, due dates, and resources.
• Assist in preparing and submitting project plans and reports for review.
• Maintain up-to-date project information including progress and budgets.
• Support project management communication and workstream coordination.
• Organize documentation repositories and ensure accessibility for stakeholders.
• Lead assigned tasks independently with accountability and dependability.
• Support IT infrastructure project delivery across different workstreams.
