Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Project Executive to coordinate project schedules, budgets, issues, and risks for IT infrastructure initiatives in Singapore. You will support project management activities, ensure milestones are met, and maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of project administration experience, a degree or diploma in IT, strong English communication, and the ability to travel locally as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of project administration experience in IT infrastructure development, implementation, or support.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to travel locally to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, issues, and risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support project management activities and maintain communication across teams.
• Prepare and submit project plans and reports for review and approval by project management.
• Maintain up-to-date project information including progress, tasks, deliverables, and financial tracking.
• Assist the Project Manager with communication, order processing, and workstream coordination.
• Ensure documentation repositories are organized and accessible for all stakeholders.
• Lead assigned project tasks independently with accountability and dependability.
• Support execution of IT infrastructure projects across different workstreams.
