Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified IT professional with 5+ years of experience in IT application systems, operation support and end-to-end SDLC exposure. The role requires hands-on SQL, knowledge of file interfaces and batch processing, and familiarity with configuration management tools.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, experience with vendor coordination, and the ability to assess data flow impacts across systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of work experience in IT application systems including operation support and SDLC exposure.
• Experience with file interfaces and batch jobs and data flow assessment.
• Hands-on SQL queries for large transaction volumes.
• Knowledge of MARC/MARC21 metadata formats beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident and change requests; coordinate with end-users and vendors.
• Perform root-cause analysis and communicate improvements.
• Assist in planning, execution and support of test strategies for web and mobile apps.
• Maintain documentation and processes to meet standards.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and support end-user training.
