Job summary

WWF-Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee reliable and secure day-to-day IT operations across hardware, endpoints, and AV systems. You will supervise a small team, manage external vendors, and ensure IT services align with business priorities while maintaining PDPA compliance.

The role covers Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, and office connectivity, with a focus on uptime and user support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of IT operations, systems support, and office AV setups.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.
• Experience supervising junior staff or managing outsourced service providers.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networks, and conference room systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and develop junior staff on daily IT operations.
• Manage ticketing system and triage by impact.
• Escalation point for systems, hardware and software.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and identity access lifecycle management.
• Administer assets, patching, licensing, and refresh cycles.
• Coordinate AV and meeting room systems; support events and meetings.
• Manage outsourced IT and AV vendors against SLAs.
• Maintain backups, security hygiene, and PDPA compliance.
