Job summary

WWF-Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations, covering hardware, OS, end-user support, and AV facilities. You will supervise staff, manage onboarding/offboarding, and oversee outsourced IT and AV vendors to ensure reliable services and budgets align with priorities.

The role requires hands-on MS 365 and Windows Server experience, strong troubleshooting, and solid stakeholder communication skills for a mission-driven environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT operations, systems support, and office AV setups.
• Proven hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and develop junior executive on daily operational issues.
• Manage the ticketing system, prioritise issues by business impact, keep users informed, and address recurring problems.
• Oversee user onboarding, offboarding, and identity access lifecycle management.
• Manage outsourced IT and AV vendors against service levels, procurement, contracts, licences and renewals.
