5G-Starlink Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Leader to manage a global vendor team and oversee our IT operations across Singapore and regional offices. You will drive cloud-based innovations, ensure robust MS 365 services, security, and incident response, and coordinate budgeting and governance.

The role requires hands-on expertise in cloud and on-premises infrastructure, MS technologies, and strong leadership to inspire and guide both direct and indirect reports.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 2 years of IT infrastructure and operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership function.
  • Proven ability in business partnering and project management.
  • Hands-on in cloud infrastructure and services.
  • PC and network troubleshooting.
  • Administration and management of servers, storage, networking and appliances, virtualization, mobility and remote access services, LAN, VLAN, WAN, VPN.
  • Administrating Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Office 365 features and services.
  • Systems/Applications software patching/update management.
  • Ambitious, business-centric, proactive, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Takes initiative and able to inspire and empower direct and indirect reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, a good organizer and team lead.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of IT vendors (overseas and local) to ensure effective operations of our IT infrastructure in Singapore HQ and peripheral support to Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
  • Deliver cloud-based technological advancements and digital transformation via a cloud infrastructure platform.
  • Manage a MS 365 environment with SharePoint and Teams collaboration and Intune experience.
  • Handle MS 365 tenant and licensing management with a robust ticketing system.
  • Plan and respond to network outages and install, support, and maintain servers or other computer systems.
  • Protect company data and information security, control access and backup systems.
  • Maintain IT documentation including SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Enforce IT policies and operations protocols.
  • Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) and Cyber Security Incident Response.
  • Track IT assets/equipment, procure IT-related equipment and manage inventories.
  • Train end-users and act as a consultant for IT issues beyond the technical staff.
  • Manage annual budgets and quarterly expenses for value optimization.
  • Lead new projects and activities as assigned by the COO and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of IT vendors (overseas and local) to ensure effective operations of our IT infrastructure in Singapore HQ and giving peripheral support to the offices in Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam
  • Deliver innovative technological advancements and bringing digital transformation to our business via a cloud infrastructure platform
  • Manage a MSO365 environment with experience in SharePoint and Teams Sites collaboration coupled with MS Intune experience
  • Manage multiple tenant and licensing management of O365 including a robust ticketing system
  • Planning and responding to network outages and installing, supporting, and maintaining servers or other computer systems
  • Preservation of company data and information security, control structures, network access and backup systems
  • Maintain and implement systems and IT administrative documentation including SOP and operational workflows
  • Review, implement and uphold the effective implementation of IT policies and operations protocols
  • Assist the relevant teams in the fulfilment of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) and Cyber Security Incident Response Plan
  • Fastidious tracking of IT Assets / Equipment, purchase of IT related equipment and control IT related inventories
  • Enjoys training end-users, and being the consultant for computer problems beyond the knowledge of technical staff
  • Handle annual budgets, reviewing quarterly expenses and achieve VALUE OPTIMIZATION
  • Active in managing new projects and activities as assigned by the COO (reporting Director) and the Board of Directors
Requirements
