Job summary

WWF International seeks an Assistant Manager, Technology & Digital Solutions in Singapore to lead day-to-day IT operations across hardware, software, end-user support and AV systems. You will supervise staff, coordinate external vendors, and ensure reliable services within budget and policies.

The role covers systems administration with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, asset management, and office IT facilities, including meeting rooms and events.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT, CS or related field.
• 4–6 years of IT operations, systems support, and office AV setups.
• Hands-on admin experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server.
• Experience supervising junior staff or managing outsourced service providers.
• Proficient with Windows, macOS, network fundamentals and conference room systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations across WWF Singapore including hardware, OS, end-user support, office connectivity and AV.
• Supervise junior staff and manage external vendors within budget and SLAs.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and on‑premise Windows Server environments.
• Oversee AV facilities, meeting room tech and event support.
