Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an IT support professional to provide end-to-end helpdesk and infrastructure support for HQ and regional users in Singapore. You will troubleshoot Windows, business apps and ERP/CRM systems, and manage user accounts and IT assets.

The role requires strong Microsoft 365 expertise, hands-on desktop support, and cloud/network operations knowledge. You will coordinate with vendors and help maintain security and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min. diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Min. 3-5 years of IT end-user support and infrastructure operations experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 expertise required - Office, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Hands-on IT desktop / end-user support experience with a strong service mindset.
• Hands-on infrastructure and cloud operations experience.
• Knowledge of Azure / Alibaba Cloud and Cisco Meraki preferred.
• Microsoft Power Apps experience advantageous.
• Good understanding of IT security and access management.
• Regional / multi-location IT support experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT support for HQ and regional users across hardware, software and network issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT helpdesk and end-user support.
• Troubleshoot Windows, business applications, ERP/CRM and enterprise systems.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, accounts, access rights and IT asset allocation.
• Maintain servers, networks, cloud platforms and other IT infrastructure.
• Perform system patching, updates, antivirus management and data backups.
• Support Microsoft 365 environment including Office, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Manage endpoint security, user access controls and system compliance.
• Support IT projects, infrastructure deployments and system rollouts.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and manage hardware, software licences and asset inventory.
• Maintain IT SOPs, policies, user guides and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT operations, security and user experience.
