Job summary

CloudHQ in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth technology operations across the region. You will provide desk-side, remote and on-site support for end-users, vendors and colleagues, working with global IT teams.

The role requires strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge, basic networking and a customer-focused approach. You will join a fast-growing, international data-center focused group with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or diploma in IT/CS or related field.
Minimum 5 years of IT support, desktop support, service desk or similar.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with Intune and Entra ID is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

Install, configure and support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, cloud-based apps and third-party software.
Set up and manage user accounts, laptops and devices using Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
Provide first and second-line technical support for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Respond to IT support requests, diagnose issues and escalate when required.
Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
Assist with configuration and troubleshooting of switches, firewalls, APs and network gear.
Support meeting room tech, printers and office IT equipment.
Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
