Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable IT Operations professional in Singapore to manage virtualized environments and support daily IT tasks. The role includes developing web and low-code applications to meet business needs.

You will maintain IT asset inventories, design data structures, and provide timely helpdesk assistance to minimize downtime while contributing to automation initiatives with PowerAutomate and PowerApps.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field with internship experience.
• Experience supporting IT operations and helpdesk activities.
• Familiarity with web technologies and low-code platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain virtualized IT environments for stability and performance.
• Develop and maintain web applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NET.
• Design and implement database normalization to optimize data integrity.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and lifecycle processes.
• Provide timely helpdesk support to minimize downtime.
• Develop automated workflows using PowerAutomate and PowerApps to improve efficiency.
• Write and maintain Vibe coding scripts to support internal systems.
