Job summary

GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD is seeking a qualified professional to monitor ITSM operations and support efficiency. You will help develop and refine core workflows and processes while participating in stakeholder discussions to implement improvements.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Operations Management, IT, Marketing or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with JIRA/ITSM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with JIRA or ITSM tools is an advantage; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
