Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced ICT Operations Support Manager to oversee the operational management of ICT services.

The role will drive service continuity, vendor coordination, governance, and funding management across multiple stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing ICT operations, subscriptions, billing, asset tracking, and vendor performance; coordinating with service providers, finance, procurement, and technical teams; and maintaining SOPs and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ICT operations, service delivery, vendor management, or managed services environments.
• Experience working with WOG shared services, or large enterprise ICT environments.
• Strong understanding of IT service management, asset lifecycle management, billing, subscriptions, and operational governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
