Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior IT leader to guide and grow the IT function across multiple offices in Singapore. You will shape strategy, drive infrastructure initiatives and oversee major system improvements while coordinating with external vendors and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strategic direction, governance, and vendor management over hands-on technical work, with responsibility for budgets, policies and service standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5 years of IT experience with team leadership.
• Experience overseeing IT operations across multiple locations.
• Experience managing external vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT team, providing direction, coaching and support.
• Oversee IT operations and services across multiple office locations.
• Provide strategic direction for IT infrastructure, systems, applications and technology initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers and technology partners.
• Oversee IT ticketing and support processes to ensure issues are tracked, prioritised and resolved within agreed timelines.
• Establish and improve IT processes, policies and service standards across all offices.
• Plan and manage IT projects, system implementations, upgrades and improvements.
• Monitor IT performance and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Oversee IT security, access management and compliance requirements.
• Manage IT budgets, resources and vendor contracts.
• Act as the key point of contact between the IT team, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance rather than being primarily involved in hands‑on technical operations

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity
• Good stakeholder management, leadership and vendor management skills
