Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is looking for an IT onsite engineer to deliver hardware service and support for desktops and laptops to end users and corporate customers islandwide.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install operating systems, firmware and BIOS, manage cases via the ticketing system, and work with dispatchers and supervisors to close jobs promptly. Daily travel is required with transport costs reimbursed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as an IT onsite engineer.
• Minimum O levels holders with basic hardware/software knowledge.
• Willingness to travel island-wide daily.

Job Requirements
