Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Service Desk Support Engineer on a 1-year contract at Depot Road, Singapore. The role provides first-level IT support to users and involves handling incidents, troubleshooting hardware and software, and ensuring timely resolution.

You'll participate in a 24/7 duty phone rotation, with on-site or remote support as needed. The ideal candidate has an IT-related diploma and solid troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• IT-related diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec preferred.
• Previous IT helpdesk/service desk experience preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, hardware and software.
• Able to work independently and handle user issues professionally.
• Willing to take up the 24/7 duty phone on a rotational basis.

IT SERVICE DESK SUPPORT ENGINEER | 1-YEAR CONTRACT

Location: Depot Road

Salary: Up to $3,300/month

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM( Mon - Fri)
