Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring an Onsite Engineer (Laptop Hardware Technician) to support clients islandwide. You will diagnose and repair IT hardware issues and deliver professional service to end users and corporate customers.
You'll deploy to customer sites after a morning check-in at the Henderson Building, with OT opportunities and a potential completion bonus. Basic salary is up to $3,000 per month.
Basic salary: Up to $3,000/month + Overtime (OT) available + 1-year completion bonus
Working Location: Henderson Building, Singapore 159557
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
Field Deployment: Report to the office in the morning before being deployed to customer sites. If all assigned jobs are completed early, you may head home directly - no need to return to the office unnecessarily.
We’re looking for a hands-on Onsite Engineer (Laptop Hardware Technician) to join our field service team. You’ll be supporting end users and corporate customers across Singapore, diagnosing and repairing IT hardware issues and ensuring every service request is handled professionally from start to finish.
We are an IT technology and field-service solutions provider supporting businesses with IT hardware maintenance, technical support, onsite engineering services and device troubleshooting. Our team works closely with corporate customers and technology partners to keep their IT equipment running smoothly.
Provide onsite IT hardware service and technical support for laptops, desktops and printers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues and identify the root cause of problems.
Perform hardware replacement and repair, mainly involving Lenovo and HP laptops and printers.
Install and configure operating systems, firmware and BIOS.
Manage assigned service cases from initial appointment through troubleshooting, resolution and closure.
Keep customers updated on appointment schedules, service progress and incident status.
Handle IT parts responsibly, including proper collection, movement and transportation to customer sites.
Update and maintain service cases through the ticketing system.
Work closely with dispatchers, team leads and supervisors to ensure jobs are completed and closed on time.
Attend web-based training for new products, technologies and service procedures.
Provide professional, friendly and reliable customer service at every onsite visit.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Good understanding of laptop hardware troubleshooting and component replacement.
Experience with Lenovo / HP laptops or printers.
Must be willing to travel islandwide daily as this is a roaming onsite role.
