Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration, with 2-3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure covering compute, networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery services.
• Solid understanding of industry frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST for risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cloud infrastructure operations ensuring optimal uptime and capacity planning.
• Manage enterprise networks, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects including technology rollouts and migrations.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and maintain documentation.
