APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure leader to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions, mentor a small team, and ensure projects meet quality and security standards.

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert across infrastructure domains, coordinate with business and technical teams, and contribute to tender submissions while maintaining rigorous security and compliance practices.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Network Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure.
• Sound understanding of IT infrastructure and security operations, processes and services.

• Provide IT infrastructure consultancy, technical guidance, expertise and solutions.
• Independently design technical solutions to meet enterprise customer requirements and support tender/RFP submissions.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in infrastructure domains, providing in-depth analysis, escalation support and insights into infrastructure operations and technical issues.
• Ensure IT infrastructure projects are delivered on schedule and maintained in accordance with quality and security standards.
• Plan and coordinate team activities, including preparatory arrangements and coordination with stakeholders.
• Manage a team of at least two to three people, including performance reviews and career development planning.
• Coordinate across business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure IT infrastructure projects are delivered on schedule and maintained in accordance with quality and security standards.

• Plan and coordinate team activities, including preparatory arrangements, activity planning and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage a team of at least two to three people, including performance reviews, mentoring and career development planning.

• Coordinate across business and technical teams to deliver effective, high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Network Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline, with at least 8 years of experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure.

• Sound understanding of IT infrastructure and security operations, processes and services.

• Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, cloud or other relevant professional certifications would be an advantage.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with government security standards and requirements, including planning and conducting Security Compliance Checks and Security Vulnerability Scanning.

• Familiarity with IM8 policies and requirements.
