Job summary

TG Singapore seeks a senior IT Infrastructure Manager to lead delivery and governance of large-scale infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will mentor a 2–3 person team, coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, and ensure delivery within schedule while upholding security and quality standards.

You will provide consultancy, design independent technical solutions for enterprise customers, and act as SME on infrastructure operations, offering in-depth analysis and escalation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure.
• Sound understanding of IT Infrastructure and Security operations, processes, and services.
• Familiar with IT security posture and vulnerability scanning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that IT infrastructure projects are delivered and maintained within schedule, in accordance to the quality and security standards.
• Team management responsibilities include pre-activities arrangement, activities planning, and coordinating team activities across various internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide IT infrastructure consultancy, technical guidance, expertise, and solutions.
• Design technical solutions independently for requirements of enterprise customers.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in one or more areas related to infrastructure and able to provide in-depth analysis, escalation support, and insights into infrastructure operations and issues.
• Managed a team of at least 2-3 people, with responsibility for performance reviews, mentoring, career plans, etc.
• Perform cross-functional coordination with business and technical teams to provide effective solutions with highest quality.

Key Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in computer science, networking administration, information technology, or a similar field with at least 8 years of experience managing large scale IT infrastructure
• Sound understanding of IT Infrastructure and Security operations, processes, and services
• Microsoft certification, VMware certification, Cisco certification, Cloud certification or any related certification is an advantage.
• Familiar with IM8 policies and security posture including planning and running Security Compliance Check, Security Vulnerability Scanning
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
