The role covers hardware, software, network, and application issues, with responsibilities including procurement, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment for site offices. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Certificate in IT or related discipline and basic Windows Server and networking knowledge.

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in computer tech or IT-related discipline.
Basic knowledge of Windows Server and networking (TCP/IP).
Familiar with IT helpdesk support and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level onsite or remote IT support for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
Support site offices with IT-related matters including procurement, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
Liaise with vendors for procurement, repair, maintenance, and payment of IT equipment and services.
Maintain and update the IT asset inventory for accuracy and accountability.
Manage user accounts including onboarding/offboarding, access permissions, and backup of critical data.
Monitor security systems to detect unauthorized access and respond to threats.
