Job summary

PAN NATION PETRO-CHEMICAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. invites an IT Support Specialist to resolve user IT inquiries and provide comprehensive hardware, software, and network assistance in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of computers, printers and other IT equipment, while coordinating with external service providers and contributing to procedural documentation to prevent future issues.

Qualifications

Higher Diploma or above in IT or CS.
At least 2 years of IT applications, infrastructure support or service delivery.
Knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, SharePoint, Windows Server 2016, VPN, backup and security tools.
Good communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Handle user's IT-related inquiries and issues.
Provide hardware, software, and network-related support.
Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for hardware and software support and documentation.
Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrade of computers, printers and other IT equipment.
Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
