Job summary

BreadTalk Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on IT Executive to provide operational and application support for POS and digital systems across F&B outlets. You will assist in system enhancements, testing, and integration to ensure reliable operation and smooth implementation of new solutions.

You will work with business users and technology vendors, perform UAT, configure menus and campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and help drive continuous improvements in our retail technology stack.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in F&B or retail systems preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and internship/project experience may be considered.
• Basic understanding of POS systems, retail/F&B apps, system integration, API concepts, UAT, SQL and database queries, networking concepts, Windows, and troubleshooting.
• Candidates with experience in POS, CRM, kiosk, e-commerce or retail systems will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support digital initiatives including POS, CRM, and ordering platforms (e.g., BYOD, kiosk).
• Assist in system integration and ensure accurate data flow between platforms.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track issues, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Configure and maintain POS menus, promotions, and campaign setups.
• Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors for resolution.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to gather requirements.
• Support continuous improvements and system enhancements.
