Job summary

Zensho Food Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an IT support professional to provide technical assistance for our retail restaurant network, including POS systems and on-site support across Singapore. You will collaborate with Marketing/IT to drive system automation for self-ordering platforms and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a IT qualification, basic networking, and the ability to travel island-wide to support restaurants.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) required.
Basic networking knowledge and provide helpdesk support.
Willingness to travel domestically to support restaurants island-wide.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support for retail restaurants (including POS systems).
Provide IT related support to all internal stakeholders (including support via phone or remote assistance) to resolve all hardware and software issues.
Plan and update marketing promotions and components for self-ordering systems.
Working closely with Marketing/IT department and responsible for projects that are related to system automation (self-ordering system).
Manage on-site IT matters.
Prepare activity reports.
Attend to other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by direct Supervisor.
Network infrastructure planning.
New Device Setup SOP documentation.
Equipment planning and purchase.
Data protection.
Job deployment and manpower schedule.
Project schedule.
System error and data recovery.
