Job summary

Victus Catering in Singapore is seeking a proactive IT support professional to manage and improve our hospitality technology stack, including Android POS, NETS and EZLink terminals, Stripe payments, printers, and digital signage.

You will liaise with school IT departments, external vendors, and internal teams, provide on-site support during peak periods, and assist with onboarding of new clients and large user data sets in accordance with PDPA.

Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing and operating POS and payment systems.
• Knowledge of local payment methods, with knowledge of global payments.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to fast-changing environments.
• Experience in a client-facing role with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support during key periods to ensure systems run smoothly.
• Liaise with school IT departments, external software vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients and the migration of large user data sets under PDPA.

Job description

Victus Catering provides holistic and authentic food services, specifically focused on serving the education industry in Singapore.

In this role, you will assist or take ownership of the technology powering our catering operations, including:

• Android POS
• NETS terminals
• EZLink terminals
• Stripe
• Cashless e-wallet systems (inc. MiFare cards)
• Printers and other peripherals
• TV/digital signage systems
• An all-Mac office environment

You will liaise with school IT departments, external software vendors, and internal teams to ensure systems are functioning well.

During key periods, you will be expected to provide on-site support. You will also be involved in new client onboarding projects when required, and will need to manage the onboarding of a large amount of user data in accordance with PDPA.

We're looking for the following experience/knowledge:

• Prior experience implementing and operating POS and payment systems (regardless of sector)
• Knowledge of local payment methods, but with a knowledge of global payments
• A quick-learning and self-starting attitude with proven ability to adapt and learn new systems at speed - e.g. learning our digital signage solutions, parent apps etc and being able to provide support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role - you will communicate with a wide range of cultures and backgrounds in this role.
