Job summary

OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an IT frontline support professional in Singapore to handle walk-ins and provide level 1–1.5 IT support at Science Park. The role includes onboarding devices, on-site hardware/software support, and occasional vendor escorts to restricted areas.

The position requires ITSM familiarity, basic security incident escalation, and strong troubleshooting skills for both wired and wireless networks. Work hours rotate across three shifts.

Qualifications

• IT trained with frontline experience.
• Experience handling ITSM tickets (walk-ins, on-site, requests).
• On-site hardware/software support including escalation to SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins at the IT Concierge counter.
• Provide level 1 to 1.5 IT support.
• Accompany vendors to restricted areas.
• Onboard users’ devices.
• Resolve basic incidents and requests.
• Escalate critical tickets promptly for security incidents.
