GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level to mid-level IT support specialist in Singapore to deliver L1/L2 desktop and device support, endpoint management, and IT operations.

You will assist users, manage incidents, and help drive service improvements while working with Windows environments and ITSM processes. The role welcomes fresh graduates with a Diploma in IT or related fields and offers exposure to IT infrastructure, security practices, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline is required.
• Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, IT infrastructure basics, and cybersecurity concepts is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems and collaboration platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Guide users on IT systems and productivity tools; assist with cybersecurity best practices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues via onsite and remote support.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM with SLA adherence.
• Assist with endpoint management, device onboarding, software deployment and patching.
• Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for security incident resolution.
• Operate basic network/server/infrastructure support and maintain documentation.
