Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide front-line IT support for end-users, handle walk-in and digital requests, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with IT teams on complex issues.

You will configure workstations and mobile devices, support meeting room tech, maintain records in IT service management systems, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to knowledge base articles and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/CE/IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Service Management Centre.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Experience with enterprise or government systems environments is an advantage.
• Experience with ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support and assistance to end-users.
• Handle walk-in requests, calls, and digital service requests.
• Perform basic hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with technical teams for escalations.
• Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and devices.
• Support meeting room technology setup and troubleshooting.
• Track and manage IT equipment loans, returns, and inventory.
• Document service requests and resolutions.
• Maintain records in ITSM systems.
• Support hardware refresh and deployment activities.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding for asset prep and revocation.
• Communicate issue status and timelines.
• Collaborate with IT teams across domains.
• Participate in service improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and user guides.
• Support continuous improvement and reporting in IT services quality.
• Participate in on-call rotation if required by client.
