Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help translate business requirements into IT solutions across insurance-related processes.

You will review specifications, develop test plans, coordinate UAT, document user guides, and support implementation across distribution channels. A degree in information systems and at least five years in a BA role are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, IT, or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in BA role, preferably insurance.
• Analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Familiar with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Effective documentation and communication.
• Experience in managing IT projects and administration is advantageous.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and how to create engaging interfaces.
• BA experience from banking/insurance or cross-platform integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Business Specifications and develop & execute Test Plans and User Documentation.
• Ensure user requirements are effectively communicated to IT.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Responsible for Functional Testing before release to UAT.
• Plan feasibility studies and functional analysis of requirements.
• Support UAT planning and automated/manual testing.
• Organize and coordinate implementation activities and UAT.
• Continuously assess testing methodologies and contents.
• Develop & review User Guides and SOPs.
• Handle other projects or duties as assigned by HOS/HOD.
