Job summary

Quess Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst cum Tester on an 8-month contract in Singapore. You will understand requirements, design end-to-end testing strategies, and develop test scripts. You will also perform UAT and document results for stakeholders.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in IT or BIS, with 2 years of experience in business analysis and testing; fresh graduates are encouraged. Insurance domain experience is a plus. Remuneration up to SGD 4,900 per month.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or Business Information Systems.
2 years of working experience in business analysis and user acceptance testing preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Understand functional requirements and design end-to-end testing strategies.
Validate solutions align with continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Develop test scripts and execute tests across the application lifecycle; prepare UAT status scorecard.
Log defects with clear reproduction steps and potential business impact.
Track defects with Tech and Ops and drive corrective actions.
Communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders.
Prepare user guides and conduct training for operational users on new deployments.
Ensure risk and compliance standards are followed for every change.
