Job summary

YEPEESOFT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior Business Analyst/QA to lead end-to-end requirements and testing for insurance applications. You will bridge Business, Product, Finance, Compliance and Technology, coordinating SIT/UAT and delivering BRD/FRD artifacts.

With 8+ years of domain experience, you will drive requirement clarity, stakeholder alignment and collaborative testing across UI/API/SQL platforms, ensuring smooth production readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Business Analysis, QA/UAT or related roles.
• Strong Insurance/Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and functional analysis.
• Hands-on SIT, UAT, functional testing and defect management experience.
• Experience with BRD/FRD, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Life Insurance / P&C Insurance processes.
• Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Candidates without relevant Insurance domain + BA/QA experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and stakeholder sign-off for insurance applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as liaison between Business, Product, Agency, Finance, Compliance, Legal and Technology teams.
• Lead SIT, UAT and functional testing activities including test planning, execution, defect tracking and closure.
• Review test scenarios, test evidence and results to ensure complete business requirement coverage.
• Support product onboarding and enhancements across UI, API and SQL-based applications.
• Conduct user walkthroughs, sprint demos and requirement clarification sessions.
• Manage requirements and testing deliverables across multiple releases and SDLC phases.
• Support regulatory and insurance-related enhancements, including CRS/FATCA initiatives.
• Prepare functional documentation, BRD/FRD materials and process documentation for production releases.
• Analyse production issues, coordinate resolution and provide post-implementation support.
