Job description
Job responsibility:
  1. Responsible for the daily content planning, publishing, and operational management of the company's IP accounts on platforms such as Xiaohongshu, TikTok (Douyin), WeChat Channels, etc.
  2. Develop and execute long-term growth strategies and short-term content plans for the IP accounts to increase follower count, engagement rate, and account visibility.
  3. Monitor the performance metrics of IP accounts, conduct regular analysis and reporting, and optimize operational strategies.
  4. Maintain frequent, high-quality interactions with followers, foster a positive community atmosphere, and plan/execute online engagement activities.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure IP brand consistency and high-quality content output.
  6. Track social media trends and competitor activities to provide inspiration for IP content innovation.
Requirement:
  1. Must be proficient in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with excellent bilingual copywriting and communication skills.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in social media operations, digital marketing, or IP account operations. Prior experience in successfully managing an IP or brand account is preferred.
  3. Familiar with the content style and operational rules of major social media platforms, with a keen insight into internet culture and trends.
  4. Strong content planning skills and data sensitivity, capable of independently developing content plans and data analysis reports.
  5. A strong team player with excellent cross-departmental coordination and project management abilities.
  6. A passion for brand IP operations and related fields is a plus.
